All About Music, India’s definitive music industry summit, is gearing up for its landmark 10th anniversary edition—AAM X—scheduled from 25 to 27 August 2026 at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. Marking a major strategic collaboration for this milestone year, thumpN, India’s emerging AI-native live entertainment and discovery platform, has officially signed on as the conference’s exclusive ticketing and technology partner.
Over the last nine years, All About Music has become the room where the Indian music industry meets itself. More than 25,000 attendees, 1,200 artists, and 1,500 speakers from over 30 countries have moved through the conference – alongside brands including Spotify, YouTube Music, Red Bull and Meta. Past editions have featured A.R. Rahman, Arijit Singh, Shreya Ghoshal, Javed Akhtar, Sunidhi Chauhan, and Sid Sriram, in conversation with global operators like YouTube’s Lyor Cohen, Scooter Braun, IFPI chief Victoria Oakley, and BandLab’s Meng Ru Kuok. Artists and the people who run the business, in the same room. That has always been the point.
Varun Khare, Founder of thumpN, said:
“All About Music has spent a decade building one of the most important platforms for India’s music industry, which is exactly why this partnership matters to us. thumpN is built on a simple belief that the next phase of live entertainment comes from platforms and organisers working far more closely together, well beyond the point of ticketing. That means helping audiences discover, engage with, and actually show up for the shows worth showing up for. All About Music X is the kind of thing we want to back, built by people who understand their audience, their community, and their culture. We’re proud to partner with them for this landmark edition.”
The 10th edition sharpens that focus. AAM X reframes the industry conversation from scale to acceleration – because music hasn’t only gotten bigger, it’s changed shape. The line-up features Usha Uthup, Shilpa Rao, Chaar Diwaari, Aditya Rikhari, producer Karan Kanchan among others. Technology and discovery conversations bring in Pete Tong,4 decades into electronic music, and Glenn McDonald, the algorithm designer who spent over 10 years as Spotify’s data alchemist. The business side pulls in Vijay Subramaniam of Collective Artists Network, Riyaaz Amlani of Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, and Magnetic Fields co-founder Munbir Chawla. It also brings Girish ‘Bobby’ Talwar, who co-founded OML, co-created NH7 Weekender, and now runs one of India’s most active music sync operations at Rebellion Management; and Priyanka Khimani, founder of Khimani & Associates, Billboard India and Women in Music India. Global reach comes from SXSW’s Pixie Weyand, MUSEXPO founder Sat Bisla, and MusicTech Japan’s Takayuki Suzuki. More names to be announced in the coming days.
Across 3 days, AAM X plays out in every format the conversation requires – live showcases, pitch sessions, masterclasses, roundtables, open Ask Me Anything sets, and matchmaking built for the deals that happen between panels.
With tickets now live exclusively on the thumpN platform, AAM X is positioned to be a pivotal moment for artists, founders, and music executives looking to navigate the next era of global entertainment. Beyond managing entry, thumpN’s AI-driven discovery tech aims to seamlessly connect creators and attendees directly with the sessions, showcases, and networking opportunities that matter most. As the conference reframes the conversation from sheer scale to rapid acceleration, Mumbai is once again set to become the epicenter of global music business and innovation this August.
