
OSCAR Foundation is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever football pitch at the Mohammed Umar Rajjab Mumbai Public School in Madanpura. This exciting new space is designed to provide local youth with a safe, vibrant area to come together, hone their football skills, and engage in positive social activities. The initiative is a part of the ‘Healthy Goals Programme,‘ with Mumbai City FC supporting as technical partners, reinstating OSCAR Foundation’s ongoing commitment to empowering young people through sports and fostering teamwork, leadership, and community spirit.
Since 2023, OSCAR Foundation has been dedicated to raising funds for the development and refurbishment of community football spaces while offering youth-led football and leadership programs. With the support of Mumbai City FC, the first pitch under the Healthy Goals Programme is now a reality, providing children and youth in one of Mumbai’s largest communities with access to structured football training and valuable life skills.
Through the Healthy Goals Programme, the Mohammed Umar Rajjab School will become the first institution in Madanpura to offer organized football and life skills sessions, alongside leadership training for local children and youth. This initiative is a crucial step in empowering the area’s youth with top-notch sports facilities and essential life skills.
The Healthy Goals Programme will continue its efforts to raise funds and leverage football as a powerful tool to enhance the health and well-being of young Mumbaikars.
