Chalet Hotels Unveils ATHIVA®️ — A Premium Lifestyle Hospitality Brand with 900+ Keys Across 6 Iconic Hotels

Marking a milestone moment in India’s luxury hospitality landscape, Chalet Hotels Limited (CHL) today announced the launch of ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, its new-age premium lifestyle hospitality brand debuting with over 900 keys across six hotels. Blending refined elegance with modern travel sensibilities, ATHIVA is envisioned as a movement in joyful, wellness-driven, and sustainable hospitality.

Derived from the Sanskrit word for “abundance” and “to a great extent,” ATHIVA reflects the brand’s ethos of joy, sustainability, and wellnessdelivering both “the assurance of the expected and the joy of the unexpected.”

The brand makes a powerful debut with the transformation of the iconic The Dukes Retreat in Khandala, now reimagined as ATHIVA Resort & Spa, Khandala. With 147 rooms including 11 elegantly designed suites, the property is positioned as a sanctuary of refined luxury, authentic local experiences, and responsible hospitality practices.

In addition to this flagship property, Chalet Hotels has identified five additional properties to transition to ATHIVA over time. These include a fully renovated business hotel in Navi Mumbai, The Resort at Aksa Beach, a K Raheja Corp Group Hotel, and three greenfield projects currently under development—two in Goa and one in Thiruvananthapuram.
