SBI Life Onboards Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja as Brand Ambassadors with ‘Jolly & Polly’ Campaign

SBI Life Insurance, among India’s most trusted private life insurance companies, has announced the onboarding of cricketing icons Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja as its latest brand ambassadors. Introduced as ‘Jolly’ and ‘Polly’, the two characters anchor a new communication narrative that encourages individuals to chase personal ambitions while ensuring their families remain financially protected.

With life insurance awareness gaining momentum across India, SBI Life is looking to deepen everyday relevance for the category. Rooted in the brand philosophy of ‘Apne Liye, Apno Ke Liye’, the ‘Jolly & Polly’ campaign underlines a key message: individual aspirations and family responsibilities can move forward together. Financial preparedness, the campaign suggests, creates the confidence required to pursue personal goals without compromise.

In the campaign narrative, ‘Jolly’, portrayed by Rishabh Pant, represents instinct, optimism, and the freedom to live life fully. The character urges viewers to reconsider traditional perceptions of planning—presenting it not as a restraint, but as a safeguard that supports ambition and choice.

Complementing this is ‘Polly’, played by Ravindra Jadeja, who brings calm, balance, and long-term perspective to the conversation. His presence reinforces the idea that readiness and responsibility are integral to sustaining both personal progress and family security.

Together, ‘Jolly’ and ‘Polly’ echo the inner conversations familiar to many Indian households—where dreams of moving ahead coexist with the responsibility of caring for loved ones. SBI Life has unveiled two television commercials set in familiar Indian settings, capturing moments where personal aspirations intersect with responsibility and everyday conversations inspire confidence.

The first TVC follows a young woman’s decision to pursue wrestling which sparks concern within her family, where Jolly and Polly help her family see that the assurance on family’s financial protection with SBI Life allows her to chase her dreams.

The second TVC shows a man transitioning into practicing women’s rights law raising concerns of family’s future finances, with Jolly & Polly reinforcing that when a family’s future is financially secure, individuals are liberated to pursue purpose-driven paths with impact.

Across both films, Jolly & Polly’ guide the story quietly, reinforcing the message: when promises to loved ones are protected, individual’s inner resolve become stronger. The films conclude with the characters’ call to action: “Karo Poore Apne Iraade, Apno Se Kiye Sabhi Vaade”
