Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups Unveils ‘Ladies & Ladies’, Introducing the Powerful Women Behind Its Darkest Secrets

The world of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has just become even more captivating. The makers have unveiled ‘Ladies & Ladies’, an electrifying new promotional video that shifts the spotlight onto the extraordinary women who inhabit the film’s stylish yet dangerous universe. Rich in mystery, power, attitude and raw intensity, the video offers audiences their first real glimpse of the female characters who promise to shape the narrative just as powerfully as its leading man. Rather than playing supporting roles, these women emerge as commanding forces whose presence is impossible to ignore.

Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi dominate every frame with striking screen presence, each hinting at layered, intriguing personalities that blur the lines between strength, vulnerability and rebellion. From Nayanthara’s fierce authority and Kiara Advani’s magnetic yet quietly melancholic aura to Tara Sutaria’s carefree confidence, Rukmini Vasanth’s fearless intensity and Huma Qureshi’s steely, captivating presence, every character adds a fresh dimension to the film’s enigmatic world. Enhancing the intrigue is a compelling female voice-over that narrates the teaser from a woman’s perspective, injecting the visuals with an added sense of mystery, defiance and emotional depth.

From its very first frame, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups embraces its unapologetically rebellious tone with a tongue-in-cheek disclaimer: “Kids… stay away. Parents… make sure your kids stay away. Grandparents… make sure your kids’ kids stay away. Great Grandparents… at your own risk.” Equal parts unfiltered and candid, the warning captures the film’s pulse.

Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, the asset continues to expand a world that is dangerous and impossible to look away from. Through striking visuals, stylized action and an atmosphere dripping with intrigue, Toxic promises a cinematic experience that refuses to colour inside the lines.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas and fronted by actor-producer Yash, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups features a powerhouse ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria,Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles.

Shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, the film will also be dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Backed by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, it is set for a massive worldwide theatrical release on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
