The Zampa Stomp – doing Indian Wine Lovers Proud !

Following the merger between GroverVineyards Ltd (GVL) and Vale De Vin Pvt Ltd (VDV), Grover Zampa Vineyardsintroduced this year their most awaited annual event – The Great Grover Stomp to the blooming roster of fun events. The event which took place at the Grover Zampa Vineyards in Nashik on 27th January, 2013, became an instant hit with guests, with an array of fun activities.All the wine connoisseurs exchanged great conversations over wine. The stomping event was graced by some eminent personalities who were seen enjoying their affair with this ecstatic beverage!

Talking about this much awaited stomping event, Mr. Ravi Jain, CEO, Grover Zampa expressed, “We at Grover Zampa Vineyard are extremely thrilled to have all our guests at this vineyard and experience the great range of wines we offer. In today’s times, this beverage has gained immense acceptance by the Indian palate. There is an increased awareness & acceptance about wines in India and people are readily trying various variants of wine. We wish to regularly conduct such interactive events and take their wine drinking experience to newer heights.”

The Great Grover Stomp experience started with a vineyardtourthat gave an opportunity to the guests to explore the vineyardsafter which the guests were escorted for a guided winery tour to highlight the wine making procedure.The tour ended with wine tasting in the barrel room followed by a scrumptious lunch at the venue.

That’s not all! The day long wine tasting and stomping event was complimented by various captivating performances by renowned artists painting with wine and live jazz band. The relation between fine art and wine is wonderfully manifested in the Grover Vineyard’s “Art Collection”. The day ended with grape stomping by the guests marking the beginning of the harvest season.

It was a complete experience for wine connoisseurs and lovers from the city and its catchment areas who enjoyed a relaxing day at the picturesque venue along with some marvelous wine and some fun activities.

The event was graced by Actor/ Choreographer Farah Khan, Salil Chaturvedi of Provogue, South Actress Aavaana, famous architect Karan Grover amongst the many present.
