Preparations for the WORLD CIRCUS DAY is at its peek as RAMBO CIRCUS gears up for putting together the International and Local artisans coming together to perform at the Prithvi Theatre on April 20, 2013. Internationally, World CIrcus Day is being celebrated on this day as earmarked by HSH Princess Stephanie of Monaco who is also the President of the Federation of Mondiale du Cirque (the international body governing the interest of Circus artisans).
Sujjit Dilip the owner of RAMBO CIRCUS is busy running helter – skelter for getting the required permissions for his dual acts on the same day to be hosted at his hometown Pune and the special Circus Act Part II to be hosted at the Prithvi Theatre, Juhu, Mumbai.
” I am blessed to have such a large family who lives in harmony literally under one – big roof, you have to witness the world of circus to see the going ons, men and women, from different walks of life and around the world – Animal and Humans together in harmony. ” says a emotionally charged Sujit.
Sujit Dilip’s father has been instrumental in paving the path for this industry and Sujit plans to take it way ahead with his recent association as the Indian partner at the World Circus Federation. Even though there are many shortfalls looming over this industry, Sujit remains positive in all adversity. He is not an easy man to take down. Fights tooth and nail to ensure his performers and families get the respect, dignity and a decent life they all deserve. That is his only Vision.
