The formal launch of this collaboration took place in Mumbai, where Dr. GSK Velu, Promoter and Chairman of Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals, and Dr. Niteen Dedhia, Promoter and Chairman of Ojas Group of Eye Hospitals, were joined by key stakeholders, including Dr. Rohan Dedhia, Promoter and Director at Ojas, CA Pranav Dedhia, CEO of Ojas, and Mr. VS Sudheer, Group CEO of Maxivision. The newly formed joint venture, Ojas Maxivision Eye Hospitals, is set to invest INR 500 Crores to significantly expand its operations across Maharashtra, aiming to revolutionize access to world-class eye care in the state.
