FICCI Young Leaders Summit 2025 to Debut in Mumbai: 5 Reasons to Attend India’s Most Inspiring Youth Leadership Event

For the first time ever, the FICCI Young Leaders Summit is stepping outside New Delhi — making its Mumbai debut on 12th November 2025 at Taj Lands End. The move signifies more than a change in venue; it marks a powerful shift in India’s youth leadership narrative, bringing together the country’s brightest minds from business, politics, tech, and creative industries in the nation’s financial and cultural capital.

Organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), this milestone edition represents the growing ambition of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum (FYL) to nurture leadership, innovation, and youth-driven transformation across India. Over the years, the Summit has evolved into one of India’s most influential platforms for emerging changemakers who are redefining the nation’s future.

The Summit in Mumbai will be inaugurated by Mr Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra. The inaugural session will also feature addresses by Mr Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, President, FICCI and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Emami Ltd., and Mr Shashwat Goenka, Chair, FICCI Young Leaders Forum and Vice Chairman, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.

Other key leaders include Members of Parliament Mr Raghav Chadha, Mr Shrikant Eknath Shinde, and Mr Chandan Chauhan; Celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar; Wrestler Sangram Singh; Indraneel Chitale, Managing Partner at Chitale Bandhu; Anandmayee Bajaj, Managing Partner at Bajaj Group; Vasuki Punj, Founder of Frozen Fun Gelato; Rishikesh SR, Founder of Rapido; and Kunal Khambhati, Founder of District by Zomato, among others.

Throughout the day, delegates will engage in a dynamic series of sessions exploring startup policy and governance, artificial intelligence and the future of leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship, and creative economy innovation. The event will also feature engaging fireside chats and next-generation dialogues with voices like Sumedha Chakraborty, Shruti Bhatia, and Rishabh Shroff, who will share insights on resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven growth.

Adding to its forward-looking agenda, the 2025 edition will also witness the launch of new FICCI Young Leaders state chapters in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, a major step in expanding FYL’s footprint and empowering young entrepreneurs and professionals across India’s regional ecosystems.

The FICCI Young Leaders Summit 2025 in Mumbai is set to be a landmark event — one that celebrates the power of youth, the spirit of collaboration, and the vision of a progressive India led by innovative and inclusive leaders. By bringing together policymakers, entrepreneurs, and cultural icons under one roof, FICCI reaffirms its commitment to shaping a future where India’s young leaders drive the change the world needs to see.
