CREDAI-MCHI Unveils EODR 2.0 – Mumbai’s Premier Redevelopment Expo Returns This April

– Over 5,000 housing societies expected to attend for expert-led redevelopment guidance and real-time developer engagement –

Mumbai’s redevelopment story is set to enter a new chapter with the announcement of EODR 2.0 (Ease of Doing Redevelopment), the second edition of CREDAI-MCHI’s landmark exhibition. Scheduled for April 12, 2025, at Lotus Hall 1 & 2, Jio World Convention Centre, this dynamic platform will bring together over 5,000 housing societies, developers, government agencies, legal experts, and financial institutions under one roof.

Following the overwhelming success of the inaugural EODR exhibition—which drew more than 3,000 registrations and 2,000 societies—this edition promises to be larger, more interactive, and solution-driven, addressing the complex and ever-evolving needs of Mumbai’s housing sector.

Backed by key stakeholders like BMC, MHADA, and MMRDA, the event is set to transform how societies approach redevelopment by offering direct access to vetted industry experts, streamlining decision-making, and increasing transparency.

“Redevelopment is no longer a choice—it’s an essential part of Mumbai’s future. EODR 2.0 is a platform that brings clarity and transparency to the process,” said Mr. Domnic Romell, President, CREDAI-MCHI.

Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Secretary, CREDAI-MCHI, added, “This edition is about simplifying redevelopment, removing confusion, and empowering society members with clear and actionable knowledge.”

Highlighting the show’s scale, Mr. Nikunj Sanghavi, Treasurer and Convener – Expo, CREDAI-MCHI, stated, “We’ve designed EODR 2.0 to be a more dynamic, participative, and solution-driven experience.”

Mr. Raajesh Prajapati, Chairperson, PR & Communications, CREDAI-MCHI, emphasized, “We are building a strong bridge between societies and the industry. EODR 2.0 will demystify redevelopment and help make informed, future-ready choices.”

What to Expect at EODR 2.0:

  • Live consultations with top developers, architects, legal and financial experts
  • Exclusive panel discussions covering redevelopment laws, timelines, and best practices
  • Interactive society-developer meets to facilitate matchmaking and clarity
  • Walkthroughs of success stories and case studies from past redevelopments
  • One-stop support hub for societies at any stage of their redevelopment journey

CREDAI-MCHI, the apex body of over 1800 developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), continues to empower housing societies by facilitating dialogue and access to trusted redevelopment resources. As part of CREDAI National, the organization plays a vital role in policy advocacy and real estate development across India.

The upcoming EODR 2.0 is more than just an exhibition—it’s a movement towards structured, transparent, and efficient urban renewal.
